Alumni
Background to Alumni
An alumni is an association of former students and staff. In the past, they were often considered to be the school’s old boy/girl society but today, alumni associations involve former students and staff of all age groups and demographics. Lifelong friendships are formed at school and former students and staff remember their school days with great affection.
Keep in touch with St Paul’s via our School Alumni
St Paul’s Alumni Association is open to all former students and staff. We would like to stay in touch with our ex-students and staff and we take a real interest in what is happening in your life and would like to know how you are getting on.
Just because you have left school doesn’t mean that you have to stop getting involved in the things you enjoyed. You could help with coaching one of the school’s football teams, perhaps assist with a drama workshop or even join a lesson and help current students with their understanding of a particular topic.
We can let you know about school events that you may be interested in attending in the future such as exhibitions, productions, celebrations and fundraisers via our School Newsletters – The Epistle which covers recent and forthcoming events.
Do you think you would have benefitted from hearing from former students about careers whilst you were at school? If so, let us know if you are interested in coming back to talk about your experiences with our current students.
How to join our Alumni
You can now connect with our alumni network through our official LinkedIn page. We would love to stay in touch and keep up with what’s going on in your life and career. St Paul's Catholic College LinkedIn page
To "become" an alumni on LinkedIn, you first need to add your educational institution to your profile's education section. Once your profile is updated, you can then find and connect with other alumni using LinkedIn's Alumni Tool by going to your university/school's LinkedIn page and clicking the "See Alumni" button to filter and discover other graduates/leavers.
